Anyone paying for a property in the township. You do not have to be the owner.

What it costs

No fee to pay online by check. Card payments add 2.95 percent, charged by the payment processor.

How long it takes

Online payments post the next business day. Mailed payments post on the day they arrive.

What to have ready

• Your block and lot, or your account number from the bill
• The property address
• Your bank routing and account number, if paying by check

Steps

1. Find your block and lot on the top right of your bill.
2. Choose the bill you are paying: property tax, water, or sewer.
3. Enter the amount. You may pay part of a bill.
4. Review the confirmation screen before you submit.
5. Save the confirmation number. It is your receipt.
